Enamoured by English Heritage and local historians Barcroft Hall is aptly described as a 17th Century architectural gem. Tetlow Development have carried out a superb regeneration project throughout the property with special regard to the Medieval Banqueting Hall.
The Hall includes a multitude of original features, which encapsulate the historical gratification of such prior residents as William Barcroft who was a general within Oliver Cromwell's army.
Barcroft Hall is located within the renowned Cliviger Gorge, set amidst farmland and overlooking Pendle Hill. The Hall includes 4 well-proportioned bedrooms one of which contains an en-suite. A large open plan living area, which includes a minstrel's gallery and a pronounced ingle nook fireplace integrate medieval grandeur with a modern bespoke kitchen.
