Formed in 1970 by James Emslie and Bernard Tarrant, the company established itself as one of the town?s leading agents specialising in the sale of residential property in Eastbourne and the surrounding downland villages. Bernard sadly died in 1980 and James continued the business with his wife Sarah until retiring in 2002 when Robert Townsend joined the company. Robert has continued to embrace the company's traditional reputation whilst moving it forward introducing innovative technology and IT advantages to help achieve the very best results. The office was refurbished in 2006 including a new shop front with the latest illuminated window displays and smart new fascia.
