Sarah Leach Property Limited has just celebrated their second year as one of the Ribble Valley's most dynamic estate agents. Sarahsays: "Thanks to the loyal support, written testimonials and recommendations given by so many satisfied clients, we have come along way since I took those first tentative steps to set up this business from scratch with just a few properties back in May 2005. From our small office in Hurst Green, close to Stonyhurst College, we have successfully acted for sellers over a wide area,including Derbyshire, the Lake District, Merseyside, and even Northamptonshire and Wales as well as throughout our home county of Lancashire."
When asked why she thought so many had entrusted her firm with the sale of their beautiful homes, Sarah replied:"From the beginning we set out to offer the highest standards of personal service and value for money. For example, our fee includes free market appraisal, access to the extensive data base we have built up of those wanting to relocate into the North West, superb brochures with professional photography and detailed floor plans, and frequent advertising in quality regional publications like Lancashire Life and sometimes, features in the national weekend press as well. Most of all though, our clients appreciate the fact that prospective purchasers can make contact with us seven days a week and that we do all we can to make the often traumatic process of buying and selling a house as painless as possible for all concerned. We work with our clients every step of the way and treat them with the courtesy and respect they deserve. There is nothing more rewarding than to receive letters of thanks for a job well done and I am grateful to all those who have sought to encourage us in that way."
It is clear that Sarah has built her firm on a reputation of honesty and integrity and takes particular pride in all it does, but she is not complacent and is now looking to take the business forward. "Big changes are coming" she reports. "I have recently formed a new partnership to enable me to improve and expand the business as a whole. The first visible sign of that will be a gradual change of the name on our very distinctive "For Sale" boards from Sarah Leach Property to Dugdale Rolafson I have done this in part because I have reverted back to my maiden name of Dugdale, a change which has been very well recieved, so my clients need not fear any reduction in the high level of service or the unique approach to selling property they've come to expect from us. I will still be in complete control of the firm and will continue to be the driving force behind it."
Nor have we forgotten the high ideals with which we set out. Not only will we give a percentage of our fees to good causes, but specific provision has now been made in our new partnership deed for such funds to be set aside and we invite our clients to nominate the good cause of their choice."
