Lettings service for landlords
We want the best tenants for your property, so we undertake external referencing to check (where appropriate) employment status, credit history, electoral roll registration, landlord/lender references and personal references. Any references that do not meet our stringent criteria are rejected. Rents can either be paid monthly or in larger amounts, in advance. Again, all Arnolds listed properties are featured prominently with interior and external colour images and full details available on lettings websites such as RightMove, and on Arnolds? own website. To Let boards can be displayed outside the property, and Arnolds? experienced staff will also accompany viewers when required. Each property will be advertised regularly in the Eastern Daily Press and Norwich Evening News weekly lettings sections.
